Naty Shop is an e-commerce service that offers its users the opportunity to acquire the displayed products. The purchase of products is made based on the orders received through the website or, exceptionally, by email, phone or text messaging applications.
III. Intellectual Property

With the exception of cases where it is stipulated otherwise, the prices of the products displayed on Naty Shop represent the final purchase prices and include VAT:
The final purchase prices can be prices suggested by manufacturers or suppliers, or they can be estimated according to the standard prices practicable at the industry level of the marketed product. The final purchase prices may not represent the most competitive prices on a certain product segment or for a certain period.
In certain time intervals, Naty Shop can offer customers free shipping above a certain value of the total shopping basket related to an individual order. Its value, as well as the validity period of the offer, are strictly at Naty Shop's discretion and do not engage Naty Shop in any financial and/or contractual obligation.
Also, for products that are not in stock at the time of the order, Naty Shop does not undertake and does not undertake to deliver them later and does not ensure the maintenance of the price and commercial conditions existing at the time of the order.
VII.2. Payment methods
To pay for the ordered products, you can choose from the following payment methods: bank transfer/payment order or cash/cash on delivery. If you chose bank transfer/payment order as the payment method, the following screen thanks you for the order placed and provides you with the relevant information for the order and payment. You will also receive this information by e-mail, in the form of an invoice (details in chapter VII.2.1). If you have chosen to pay cash on delivery, after placing the order you will receive by e-mail the relevant information for your order, in the form of an invoice, after which you will pay the product to the person making the delivery.
The delivery is made by fast courier and the cost is fixed at 19 lei, regardless of the location in Romania.
Orders over 300 lei benefit from free delivery.
International deliveries are made only for orders paid online, by bank card, and the companies used for delivery are DHL or DPD.
VIII. Warranty and after-sales service
For any details related to the guarantee, please contact the service department. All products sold have a 2-year warranty that can be extended through the extended warranty packages that can be purchased on this website.
IX. Product description and return
Naty Shop makes every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, Naty Shop does not guarantee that product descriptions or other types of materials related to them are accurate, complete, current or error-free. If a product offered by Naty Shop is different from its related description on the Site, you can return it in compliance with the provisions of the Site's Product Return Policy and in accordance with Romanian legislation in force.
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance no. .130/2000.
If you agree to exercise this right, you have the following obligations:
- to return the purchased product, in the original, undamaged packaging, at your expense.
- to return the purchased product in working condition, undamaged, in the condition in which it was delivered.
The consumer cannot return the following purchased products, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise:

XIV. Applicable legislation
The services offered by the Company through Naty Shop are governed by the provisions of Romanian laws, especially Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Ordinance 130/2000 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, HG 448/2005 and European Directive EC/96 /2002, which regulates the tax regime for the green stamp, applicable to electronic products.
Naty Shop terms and conditions are subject to Romanian legislation. In case of litigation, an amicable solution will be tried first, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the Naty Shop headquarters. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached within the previously specified term, the disputes between the Parties will be submitted to the resolution of the competent courts within the radius of the city of Bucharest.
