Waffle ingredients:

It is recommended to apply the waffle on smooth surfaces and as straight as possible, and also instead of whipped cream, it is recommended to cover the cake (where the waffle comes) with sugar paste or chocolate glaze.
A thin layer of neutral gel is applied on the surface of the cake or cake and the waffle will be placed later, carefully (this product is very fragile). The gel is good to be cold (to be kept in the refrigerator until fixed before use).
A thin layer of neutral gel is also poured over the waffle (the waffle must be caught between 2 layers of neutral gel) and you can use a silicone brush to spread the gel more easily on top of the waffle.
The gel will help to protect the waffle, the colors, it gives the waffle a much more beautiful and shiny appearance and softens it as much as it should.
The gel is kept in the refrigerator and the waffles in a cool place and especially without sunlight (to prevent accelerated discoloration) - a storeroom, a closet, a pantry, are perfect places for storing the waffles until use.

Unlike printed waffles, icing sheets can be applied much more beautifully, for example on the side of the cake. Also, with a knife or even a scalpel, you can cut the desired shapes and apply practically wherever you need on the cake or cake.
However, it is recommended to be applied on smooth, straight surfaces. It is best when the sheet of sugar is placed directly on a butter cream that covers the cake, but it is not mandatory.
Edible adhesives or even melted chocolate, royal icing or, why not, honey can be used for gluing (although we only recommend it to those with experience).
