  • 1.1 General conditions:
    According to the legislation in force (GEO 34/2014 completed by Law 51/2003 on the legal regime of distance contracts - art 12, point A) and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20.05.1997 on protection Consumers on distance contracts - art 3, point (2), first paragraph) The contracts for the supply of food, drinks or other current consumer goods provided at the domicile of the consumer, at his residence or at his work place through stable distributors cannot be denounced unilaterally. Once the products are primed, they can no longer be returned.
    Also, in accordance with OUG34/2014 with subsequent modifications and completions, for non-food products the consumer benefits from a return request 14 calendar days Valid from the date he came into possession of the product ordered online and delivered through a courier approved by the supplier.
    The consumer has the obligation to personally receive the parcel with the ordered products, and if the parcel is damaged, to ask the courier on the spot to draw up a damaged parcel process. The damaged parcel will not open to check the products. The consumer can in this case, without opening the parcel, refuse to receive. The subsequent complaints or the return of the products for which, upon receiving the parcel with visible traces of external deterioration, no report of "damaged parcel", option offered by the courier, is not accepted.
    The provisions of GEO 34/2014 apply only to the consumer defined as any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations as defined in art. 2 point 2 OG 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent modifications and completions.
    According to OUG34/2014, the consumer who wants to exercise his right to withdraw and return, must take into account the following aspects:
    • The returned product must be in the same state in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all the accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it).
    • The return expenses will be fully borne by the consumer, and the reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reception of the product that has been the subject of sale.
    Products shipped through courier must be returned mandatory with the option of "opening up on delivery" to allow the supplier to verify the content and physical appearance of the returned product. If the returned products do not benefit from this option, Naty Shop reserves the right to refuse their reception.
    The shipment of the improper packaged product, which leads to its deterioration during the transport, completely attracts the sender's liability, in this case the consumer.
    The supplier verifies the physical and functional aspect of the returned products within 14 days from the date of purchase and will inform the consumer about their condition.
    1.2. Request for return:

    We recommend that you send us a message to the address contact@natyshop.com which contains identification data such as the order and/or date of placement number, fast courier tracking, your name and surname and/or delivery or billing address. Any of this data can help us to identify the order as quickly as possible and the return procedure can be performed much faster.

    You must specify the products you want to return and why you want to return these products.

    CAREFUL! 

    Personalized products cannot be returned: waffles, icing sheets, chocolate transfer sheets. All these products are made to order, even those that are presented with image on the store. We can only change the products with new ones if a blame of the delivery process is demonstrated (damaged parcel, damaged or completely destroyed products).

    Please send us the data for the return of the money: Iban, beneficiary, the beneficiary's bank. You can also opt for using money for further orders, and in this case please specify this!

    The consumer will be notified by the courier who will come to lift the products and return them to our warehouse. The return costs will be borne by us. 
    The main condition, in order to have an eligibility for return, is that it will take place in 14 calendar days from the reception of the parcel by you. So: maximum 2 weeks after receiving the parcel, not since we sent it or since the relative or neighbor brought you (there are cases where the packages are raised by third people because the recipient is not at home).

  • 1.3. Conditions regarding the status of the product for which return is requested:
    • be with the specific identification labels and intact packaging.
    • To be accompanied by all the accessories with which it was delivered, including user manual and guarantee certificate, if applicable.
    • not to have physical or functional damage.
    • not to present missing elements or subassemblies.
    • Do not have traces of use or installation (food residues, dust, stains, scratches, cut pipes, changes, etc.).
    If the returned product has been accompanied by promotional materials or gifts, they will also be returned in the conditions of physical, functional and packaging as they were received.
    In case the returned product does not meet the mentioned return conditions, the supplier reserves the right (in accordance with OUG134/2014) to retain from the value of the product the amounts necessary to recondition to be brought to the initial state when it was received by the consumer.
    1.4. Situations in which the products purchased online cannot be returned:
    No products can be returned in one or more of the following situations:

    • their food and similar products, due to the risk of damage.
    • products ordered online but which were lifted directly from the warehouse.
    • the products purchased by legal persons.
    • Products brought to “special order” (Special command It is defined as the list of products ordered by the consumer and which is not in the usual stock of the supplier but which can be delivered on the basis of a firm order and paying an advance, in terms approved by the parties).
    • Products with product or damaged product identification labels or lack.
    • products that show traces of use or installation (food residues, dust, stains, scratches, cut pipes, changes, etc.).
    1.5. General conditions regarding the return of money to the consumer:
    The return of the money is made only if the product was paid by the consumer and returned to the supplier in the terms specified by law (OUG34/2014 with all subsequent completions).
    The return of the money can be done by bank transfer to the account.
    For the products returned in the first 14 calendar days from the purchase, the deadline for repayment is 14 calendar days from the date when the supplier received the returned product.
