We do not reserve products/orders, we do not keep products in storage for a later date. Once the order is placed, we try to hand over the parcel for delivery within a maximum of 24-48 hours (except weekends) from the date of receipt of the order.
We reserve the right to request the payment of a partial or total advance of the order value for customers who have placed orders in the Nati Shop (natyshop.com) store and have not paid/picked them up, regardless of the reason given.
