Orders received by e-mail or WhatsApp are not accepted but only on the online store. 

Orders delivered on the territory of Romania

Normally, the products are prepared on the same working day or maximum on the next working day. This means an interval of 0 - 1 business days for receiving, confirming and preparing the order. Normally we do not contact customers to confirm the orders but, in some situations, we can definitely do this.

From the moment the products leave our warehouse, you should reach 1 to 3 working days. There are certain more isolated localities where the delivery is done only once a week but those situations are exceptions.

Therefore, the whole process of placing the order, preparation and delivery should last from one to three or four working days. All, please keep in mind that during the crowded periods this interval can be increased substantially. Please contact us for more urgent situations and we will help you, where we can.

International orders

The preparation of the products and the packaging of the package is also done within a period of 0 to 1 working day. The delivery, however, will take somewhere at 7 (seven) calendar days. So, about a week. This interval is not fixed, sometimes it is delivered faster, sometimes later but this is the average delivery time in Europe.

The online payments are completed and are processed through the online pay processor. It is, practically, the largest online pay processor and the safety degree is at the highest level, the chances of running out of money and/or without products being effectively null. Any trader who accepts online payments must make clear proof of the shipment of the products to the final customer, in case he wants to challenge the transaction made on the store, a process that takes place under the careful supervision of the online payment processor.

Once the order is processed in our warehouse, you will receive a shipping message that will contain the expedition number (AWB). This message will be sent either to the e-mail address (if you have completed your order with the email address as a contact method) or on the phone number, in the form of a LINK SMS to the order and/or delivery, in case Which, at the end of the order, you have not passed the email address but only the phone number. Usually the notification on SMS comes from a short number, like 1784 or 1785 or something similar. Please notice us if you receive notifications from "normal" phone numbers or signal anything, a little strange in a SMS that claims it comes from us.

The orders are honored in the order of their arrival, regardless of value or the number of products. 

Delivery costs:

- Delivery fee, on the territory of Romania: 9.99 lei, if you pay with the bank card or 24.99 lei if you want to pay upon receipt of the parcel, at the courier (reimbursement).

- International orders have delivery prices starting from 10 EUR (it will be displayed at the end of the purchase process, depending on the country).
