Condensive milk, also known as sweetened condensed milk, is one of the most used milk conservation formulas.

The condensed milk recipe consists of a reduction-the reduction of the volume of a liquid by its partial evaporation after the boiling process-of much sugar milk, which gives it a creamy-chimile and a sweet and intense taste.

Little known in us and almost at all used, condensed milk is very popular in all corners of Russia in the US, from Brazil to India or Malaysia.

Used as a basis for various desserts or served as such on bread, condensed milk made a career for the first time during the Civil War in the United States where it was included in the ration of the soldiers because it had a high caloric/energy content, it was easy to carry in preserves and did not alter.
