Application
The fat-soluble powder food coloring is used to color many confectionery products: marzipan, lollies and ice cream, syrup and chocolate, cookies and drinks, nuts, etc. With its help, the surface of painted products acquires silver, bronze, gold and other bright colors.

Characteristics
It is not suitable for working with dairy and fermented milk products - milk, cream, yogurt, kefir.
It is not sensitive to temperature changes. The colored product or mixture can be safely heated or cooled to the desired temperature.
Similarly, the properties of the dye do not change in an alkaline environment.
