The amount Break Up D3.5 is a concentrated liquid skimmer for cleaning the very dirty surfaces in the kitchen.

Basic properties The sum of the Break Up D3.5 is an alkaline liquid detergent, intended for manual degreases of all the very dirty surfaces in the kitchens, such as floors, equipment, stove hoods.

It is an optimal mixture of non -ionic and anionic surfactants, for the good wetting of the surfaces, and alkaline and sequestrians, for the efficient removal of all types of fat and dry food residues.

The product is so formulated that it can be used on aluminum surfaces, without risk of corrosion.

The amount Break Up D3.5 is especially suitable for cleaning floors, either manually, with a mop system, or with low pressure spray equipment.

The concentration recommended by the amount Break Up D3.5 varies between 10-30 ml/l of hot water, depending on the degree of dirt and application.

General method of cleaning:

1. Apply the solution (10-20ml/l) to the cleaning surface with a cloth, a pad or with a low pressure spray equipment.

2. Clean with a cloth or brush.

3. Rinse with hot water jet and let it dry.

Cleaning of floors:

Application with mop:

1. Dilute the product (10-30 ml/l) in hot water.

2. Apply the solution with a mop.

3. Remove the dirt with the mop.

4. Rinse with water and let it dry.

Cleaning with a scraper and water vacuum cleaner:

1. Dilute the product (10-30 ml/l) in hot water.

2. Apply the solution with a brush or low pressure spray equipment and rub.

3. Remove the residues with the scraper or by suction.

4. Rinse with water and remove the residues again with scraper or by suction.

Cleaning by softening:

1. Immersed in a solution of 10-20 ml of product/liter of hot water.

2. Rub and clean with the brush to remove heavy deposits.

3. Rinse with water and let it dry.

Cleaning of frying:

1. Drain the oil and close the valve.

2. Fill with water up to the oil level.

3. Add 1l from the amount break up D3.5 to 10l of water (10% W/W). Check the oil capacity for the filling level.

4. Turn on the fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 60 minutes.

5. After cooling and drain, rub the residues left on the side walls and on the heating elements, with a sponge or a brush.

6. Rinse twice with clean, hot water, let it dry.
