FoJel raspberry gel glaze, 1 Kg

FoJel raspberry flavored glaze is a gel used to decorate and coat tarts, cakes, ice cream and pastries.

This jelly is completely vegetable, it does not contain additives for animals.

FoJel creates a perfect finish for applied products, offering a mirror-like glossy appearance. Specially formulated prevents blackening of the fruit and maintains the freshness of the product for long periods of time.

We suggest you use this product between 20 and 22 degrees at room temperature. Depending on the climatic conditions and temperature, 10% water can be added for homogenization and applied directly with the help of a spatula or brush. FoJel vegetable jelly is transparent, glossy and fragrance-free.
