Whole milk powder, produced from fresh cow's milk, pasteurized, standardized to a milk fat content of at least 26% and spray-dried.
Whole milk powder can replace milk in the recipes of desserts, yogurt, sauces that include milk, it can be used to make condensed milk, hot chocolate, ricotta at home.
Easy to use and store, the milk has a long shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture (in sealed packaging). After opening, it is recommended to use the product within 3-5 days and keep it at a temperature of 4 degrees C.
How to use : mix 130 grams of powdered milk with 900ml of water until completely homogenized.
