Ingredients:
Modified starch (E1412, E1422), sugar, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, water, vegetable oil (coconut oil and palm oil), glycerin (E422), gelling agent: cellulose gum (E460i), Xanthan gum (E415), Arabica gum (E414), emulsor: polisorbate 60 (E435)
Store at room temperature, protected from the sun.
Unlike printed waffles, icing sheets can be applied much more beautifully for example on the side of the cake. Also, with a knife or even a scalpel, you can cut the desired shapes and apply practically wherever it is needed on the cake or cake.
However, it is recommended to be applied on smooth, straight surfaces. It is best when the sugar sheet is placed directly on a butter cream that covers the cake but is not mandatory.
It can be used, for gluing, edible adhesives or even melted chocolate, Royal Inging or, why not, honey (although we only recommend those with experience).
